On March 10, Chery's high-end brand Xingtu Automobile announced that the new range-extended hybrid model Xingjiyuan ES extended-range version was officially launched. As the core power battery supplier of this model, Guoxuan High-tech has provided high-performance battery solutions for this model with its leading battery technology, further deepening its strategic cooperation with Chery Automobile.

Xingjiyuan ES extended-range version is a heavyweight model for Chery Xingtu brand to fully enter the C-class high-end extended-range coupe market. With the "Kunpeng battery" created in-depth cooperation with Guoxuan High-tech, it achieves advantages such as excellent performance and ultra-high cost performance. The Xingjiyuan ES extended-range version released this time is equipped with a full range of battery packs, which are fully created by Guoxuan High-tech's R&D team. The team successfully achieved the seven core advantages of the battery pack through structural design innovation, big data technology application and raw material optimization. Fast charging, supports fast energy replenishment, 17.5 minutes to replenish from 20% to 80%, achieving the fastest energy replenishment efficiency in the same class; long range, 1645km ultra-long battery life, the first in the same class of hybrid battery life; wide temperature range, supports normal operation in extremely cold environment of -35℃; not afraid of water, the battery pack is 96 times waterproof to the national standard; not afraid of heat, the battery pack has no heat diffusion; not afraid of collision, the bottom of the battery pack is protected by 1300MPa ultra-high strength hot-formed steel, passed 31 safety tests far exceeding the industry standards, and the anti-collision level of the whole pack is 60 times the national standard; anti-high voltage, driving and charging can achieve millisecond-level high voltage cut-off during collision.

Guoxuan High-tech and Chery Automobile have a long history of cooperation. In 2012, the two parties began to cooperate to explore the application of new energy products; in 2018, Guoxuan batteries were installed in batches on Chery Karry Youyou; in 2019, the two parties formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement and achieved batch delivery of battery packs for Chery Little Ant; in 2021, Guoxuan batteries were designated by Chery Yangtze River Dolphin Project, and achieved batch supply of popular models such as QQ Ice Cream; in 2022, the cooperation between the two parties was further deepened, with an annual installed capacity of more than 130,000 vehicles, an increase of more than 220% over the previous year. In January 2024, Guoxuan High-tech and Chery Automobile signed a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out all-round cooperation in the fields of passenger cars and commercial vehicles and jointly explore the new energy vehicle market. At present, Guoxuan High-tech fully covers the four major passenger car brands of Chery, Xingtu, Jietu, and iCAR, with an installed capacity of more than 40%. It is worth mentioning that in the field of hybrid, Guoxuan High-tech's installed capacity of supporting Chery Automobile in 2024 has reached 60%. With the deep cooperation foundation between the two parties, at the end of 2024, Guoxuan High-tech won the Excellent Supplier Award issued by Chery Automobile, and was the only award-winning company in the battery category. With the release of Chery Xingjiyuan ET in 2024, the two parties have jointly stepped into a new field of extended-range technology. The launch of the extended-range version of Xingjiyuan ES is one of the phased results of the strategic cooperation between the two parties. Looking to the future, the two parties have planned more high-end model cooperation, which is currently being promoted intensively and will soon be fully launched to the market. In addition to Chery, the company has currently deployed extended-range products with many TOP10 host manufacturers such as Changan, Leapmotor, and Geely.
